Dr Gurdip brings with her more than 20 years of experience in leadership and educational management Her areas of expertise include educational management, open distance and technology-enabled learning, children and language acquisition, culture and ethnic engagement and organizational development. Dr. Gurdip has held several top management positions at various international and private universities and organizations and has actively published in international journals, national and international books and book chapters. Being a recipient of several academic awards, and scholarship, and successfully holding many top management positions from a very young age, Dr Gurdip has a persistent belief that young women play a much greater role in the environment today than before. She is also an advocate of integrating smart learning technologies that provides a more successful platform towards knowledge acquisition, social engagement and empowerment.
